My Skin Care Routine With Kama Ayurveda
As you get older, high-quality skincare products become more important. I’m in my 30s, and while cosmetics temporarily mask my facial flaws, I rely heavily on organic solutions to get to the base of the problem. KAMA Rose Jasmine Face Cleanser
Kama Ayurveda’s floral-scented face cleanser is a delightful combination of medicinal Ayurvedic herbs that thoroughly cleanse the skin and draw pollutants away. I use this mild foamy cleanser on my face to remove makeup and as part of my skincare routine. It thoroughly cleanses my skin, leaving it smooth, moisturised, and refreshed. What I like about this cleanser is that it has the healing and soothing properties of Aloe vera leaf juice.
Black cumin seeds, Jojoba seed oil, antimicrobial Vetiver root, and pure rose and jasmine essential oil are among the other ingredients, which protect the skin from contaminants while deep conditioning and softening it. To use, gently massage a few drops into moist skin in a clockwise and anticlockwise motion. After rinsing with water, pat dry. A 100 ML bottle of this Rose Jasmine face cleanser costs INR 850.
Kumkumadi Brightening Ayurvedic Face Scrub
The Kumkumadi from Kama Ayurveda, which costs INR 1450, is by far the greatest facial cleaner I’ve ever used. When I initially opened the glass container, I was ecstatic to see long strands of Kashmir Saffron. Finely crushed sweet almonds, walnuts, and Kumkumadi oil are used in this creamy saffron-scented face scrub. Simply apply a tiny amount of the crushed paste to your fingertips and gently massage it into the skin of your face. Splash your face with water and blot dry with a towel.
I notice an instant smoothness over my facial skin as I follow this process and glide my palm across my face. Blemishes go away over time as well. This luxurious face exfoliant, in my opinion, is a must-have for smoothing and moisturising your skin while presenting a natural shine. This 50g scrub contains Ayurvedic Kumkumadi oil, which is noted for its skin-repairing properties.
This remarkable beauty oil includes 12 unique and precious components that encourage new cell growth, brighten skin colour, smooth fine lines, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. This 99.5 per cent natural product, in my opinion, is an excellent way to revitalise ageing facial skin. It’s high in Vitamins D and E and removes impurities from the skin, giving it a healthy shine.
Kama Pure Rose Water Face and Body Mist
Rosewater mist by Kama Ayurveda is a seductive floral-scented condensed liquid that moisturises, refreshes, and tones skin while infusing it with the luxuriant goodness of roses. For as long as I can remember, this mist has been a part of my regular skincare regimen. I use it daily because it balances the pH of my skin and maintains it smooth, supple, and beautiful. Another reason I like it is that it’s derived from an extract of Kannauj roses, which are said to be akin to Bulgarian roses.
