Detox With Juice App Breakfast
Recently, after suffering from a tea allergy that led to uneven skin breakouts, I decided to detox by switching to a juice app breakfast diet. The damage induced by the so-called exotic Mittal Tea was eventually reformed, by the juice app detox. And since this blended juice diet helped me cleanse, I thought, why not put out a word for everyone else to try it. Allergy or not, the Juice App breakfast subscription marks a great start to a healthy day. Besides, it offers multiple nourishing options that vary from a variety of cold-pressed juices to a delicious range of salads.
These 100% natural juices are free from sugar, water, and other preservatives. Every single day, I received a unique concoction of fruits and vegetables, that not only nurtured my skin but also, my soul. I felt rejuvenated a week later, and by the end of the month, I began to notice a significant difference in my energy levels. So I decided to continue this diet for good. Here’s listing down three of my favourite blends from the Juice App subscription.
Table of Contents
Urja by Juice App
The first one I love is the red-coloured juice blend named Urja. Urja translates to energy in English, and this quintessential blend of apple, beetroot, carrot, lemon, and ginger is nothing short of an energy booster. Except, the Urja by Juice App is a 100% natural drink with no added water or sugar. Apples are a great source of antioxidants and dietary fibre, and beetroot, on the other hand, aids blood pressure with its rich minerals and potassium. Great ingredients and equally great results! Juice App also sent me a salad to go along.
Yuva by Juice App
My second favourite from the weekly collection is the olive-coloured Yuva juice. Yuva translates to youth in English, and this blend with its powerfully nutritious ingredients renders a youthful feeling inside out. Yuva juice contains spinach, carrot, mosambi, apple, and mint that invigorate vitality on the source level. For instance, spinach is high in magnesium, manganese, iron, vitamin K, A, C, and B2. Carrots lower cholesterol levels and improve eyesight with fibre, potassium, beta-carotene, and other antioxidants.
Whereas Mosambi or sweet lime with apple and mint help with digestion and respiratory problems. Positively a great blend for anyone wanting to strengthen their immunity.
Tejas by Juice App
And my last favourite from the lot is the mint-coloured Tejas juice. Tejas translates to light and brilliance in English, so does this juice! Containing the goodness of pineapple, cucumber, coconut water, and aloe vera with vitamins and skin rejuvenating properties; Tejas juice adds light to our body and strengthens our immunity. Drink this juice for a few weeks to notice radiant skin and a healthy immune system. I will soon be adding a few more blends to this list. Let me know in the comments if you have any personal favourites, and I will give them a try.
