The influence of the royal families of India was not only limited to their rule but also outstretched to their lifestyle and inspirations. These states have always been a point of attraction for tourists who visited them to witness the taste of royalty. Royal families within these states were considered gods by their people and they also enjoyed high social status within the society. They used their power and influence to boost their state’s economy which made it one of the most prosperous kingdoms in Asia at that period, especially when compared with other countries like China or Persia.
The lifestyle of people living under these kingships was pretty much similar to modern times where luxuries like clothes, food etc., were available at very cheap rates but still maintained their quality standards so that everyone could enjoy such things without being affected by the inflation rate due to rising prices due. The Nawabs of Bhopal are one such dynasty that influenced the city with their style and taste in architecture, food, culture and much more.
Bhopal was founded by Nawab Shamsuddin Ahmed Shah in 1719 who ruled over this region for nearly 150 years before being displaced by the British. The royal families of India have a long tradition of influence on architecture, food, culture and society in general. The influence of these royal families can be seen throughout India today as they continue to live on despite being displaced from their home country over two centuries ago by foreign invaders from across oceans or seas; however, these same people continue to keep their culture alive through various means such as literature (such as poetry), painting/drawing etcetera.
